Is this the Flip or the Flop??

Just got through looking over the 18Z GFS model run, and it's done it again - the old familiar flip-flop!! Christmas is dry but cold - at least that part remains consistent. 18Z model run develops low in Gulf but much further south so the precip stays out of AL for the most part.

That's part of the problem with this business - you've got to say something!! So I'll stick with snow possibilities on Christmas eve and Christmas day. Why not - it would be a record event!!
