He came ashorejust east of Pensacola Beach.
He willcontinue northward.

Destin reported SE winds gusting to 74 mph before landfall and Valpariso gusts to 83 mph

Heavy heavy rains and wind here in Coosa County. 1.33" so far in 1 hour 30 minutes.

Picked up another .35" in the past 7 minutes. TORRENTIAL rains here near Weogufka in Coosa Co.

Got a pretty good rain band coming in right now here in Alabaster not a lot of wind with it pressure is falling down to 29.82.

Thanks for the coverage. Would you guys occasionally read off the school/business closings in the B'ham area should significant numbers in the metro area lose power? We won't be able to see the top-of-screen listings through the radio.
