NWS reports multiple roads under 4 to 5 feet of water near the Rutherford community in Russell County around 3:30 pm.

.....Gusts to 43 mph at Talladega and atop Birmingham's Legion Field.

Yes that is correct...havent been able to contact them. Talked with my brother-in-law (in Walton county) from where he was...didnt see much damage.

I am sure...tried to call cell phone and all circuits are busy. Thanks for the concern!! I am really glad we moved here and dont have to go through that stuff! 35 years in Destin!! Dont miss it at all ;)
