Dave...
I went to sleep at 3:16 am but I enjoyed a long power-nap of several hours earlier. Also slept good after 3:16 am.

One of the prerequisites of being a weather "human" is to not always get enough sleep...especially uninterupted sleep.

It goes with the territory as they say.

J.B. THANKS for staying up to give the updates, even though there was NO severe wx. I have to ask, do you normally just stay up late because of not being able to sleep like my grandfather was or is it just habit formed in being a great meteorologist ?

John...
I have no trouble going to sleep...and quickly. I went to bed early last night, then got up to do a few updates, then back to bed and did not awaken until about 7 (I think)

I felt sure there would be no severe weather problems but people can hear the pouring rain in the middle of the night and wonder.

Thanks for your concern...

Susan thanks so much for the compliment. Usually as you have probably noticed I get called other things for taking up for this teriffic weather team but they are definatelly worth it. Espically like J.B. for getting up time-to-time or staying up just to give updates when the weather is NOT severe just to ease folks concern (which is very understandable) is a true Christian caring person. Love him & them for it!
