Jb Yeah..It is nice to get hte new station... all the bells and whistles... I have had to schange the default settings , the other night the alarm went off when we fell below 32 degrees and I didnt know what was going on ... I guess the manual would be a good place to start , but you know how we men are when it comes to reading the directions.... And yes it is Beautiful up here... It is a brand new subdivision called Middle Ridge and we were the first to build in here ... We are almost at the peak of the mountain and as a matter of fact , when I am looking through my telescope some nights , i Lok at the flashing lights on the top of the mountain which is directly across from our subdivision... It is a wonderful place, we are closs enough to get to where we are going but stillhave the comforts of being out in the woods.. We have about 8 deer that frequesnt the yard every night for their nightly feeding of corn... We have a covered back deck and I will sit out there and just listen to them as they move up the mountainside and come into the back yard.... Luckily stephanies husband isnt around here, or one of those arrows could fall out of a tree and get one of them ...... HHAHA...

Nevermind..... my curiosity got the better of me and I googled the expression.

For others who may not know it, "a real toad strangler" means that the rain is coming down so hard you cannot see.

If I were in Chilton Co right now, I think I would be in a nice deep sleep :)
