A Measure of a Bad, Bad Day

Jason Elliott, a forecaster with the NWS, Huntsville, reported late tonight that Cullman County (or parts thereof) has been under 10 separate severe weather warnings today.

I don't ever remember that occurring before, but I suppose it is possible.

JB,
It was DEFINATELY not a good night for the van to die along hwy 145, north of Clanton. Don't know how much rain I sat through...but it was buckets Might still be there but for a good samaratan from far south Louisiana. He said he got tired of running from hurricanes and had moved here a couple weeks ago.

JB...
My cell phone has been beeping with warnings like crazy all afternoon and evening. Here in Vinemont, though, we've dodged 10 bullets, I guess.
