Strongest storms now over in East Alabama down into the central part. Examples:

* Anniston/Oxford area
* North Talladega County
* Clay County
* Coosa County
* to near Selma

1.14at Alpine in West Talladega County
0.79 at Bankhead Lock and Dam
2.10 at Manchester (Walker County)
0.75 in Oneonta
1.54 in Steele
0.84 at Trafford (NE Jefferson County)

Hey, Mr. Elliot its Debby..up in my tri-county corner I had 1.5" of rain as of 6:30 this evening, it's still raining however slightly now. Earlier there was tons of lighting, very close and the rain was heavy..it started about 5 here, there was a brief let up so we could unload some sheetrock for my brother-in-law!

Glad to see the rain!
