Several roads were covered by water in Elmore County.
Very heavy rain now falling in Pickens and North Sumter County near the Mississippi border. Moving slowly east.
Thanks to Scott for a rainfall measurement of 2.98 inches of rain in one hour and 15 minutes this afternoon in Coosa County. He is located between Rockford and Weogufka. That is one of the heaver amounts we have received so far.

Final rainfall total for the day here in NW Coosa Co. was 3.11". Had a steady rain for the majority of the evening, with thunder and lightning sporadically. Varmints are coming out for water in these parts!!!
